Refunds and cancellation

This is a reservation, not a purchase. Here is what that means.

Before the batch is confirmed

You have paid nothing. You can cancel any time on My reservation. We will free up your spot.

If Batch 001 does not go ahead

If we decide Batch 001 cannot be made, all reservations are cancelled and nobody is charged. We may also extend the reservation window instead, and we will tell you.

Payment

After the batch is confirmed, we contact you to arrange payment. If it is not paid in a reasonable time after we ask, the spot may be released.

After you have paid

Because each shirt is made to order, we cannot cancel once production has started. If your shirt arrives damaged or wrong, tell us when we deliver or when we next contact you, and we will fix it.
